Booking & Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in advance. Pricing is based on the information provided at the time of booking. If the condition, size, or scope of the property differs significantly from what was originally described, pricing may be adjusted. Any changes will be discussed before additional work is performed.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling request.

Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled service are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service amount.

Appointments canceled on the day of service are subject to the full scheduled service charge.

Property Access

Clients are responsible for ensuring that our team has access to the property at the scheduled appointment time. If access cannot be provided upon arrival, the appointment may be considered a same-day cancellation and the full service amount may be charged.

Safe Working Conditions

The safety of our team is a priority. ECOLIVECLEAN LLC reserves the right to refuse, postpone, or discontinue service if working conditions are considered unsafe or hazardous.

This may include situations involving excessive mold, pest infestations, biohazard materials, human or animal waste, aggressive animals, unsafe structural conditions, or any environment that presents a risk to health or safety.

Should service be interrupted due to unsafe conditions, charges may apply for time spent on-site and any resources already allocated to the appointment.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours of completion. We will review your concerns and work toward a reasonable resolution whenever possible.

Updates to These Terms

ECOLIVECLEAN LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted on this website and become effective upon publication.
